You like Toby Fox? His early work in “The Baby Is You” was a little too offensive for my taste. But when Undertale came out in ‘15, I think he really came into his own, commercially and artistically. The whole soundtrack has a clear, crisp sound, and the thoughtful use of themes and leitmotifs really give the songs a big boost. As a writer he has been compared to Andrew Hussie, but I think Toby has a far more playful, silly sense of humor.
In '21, Toby released this; Deltarune Chapter Two, the sequel to Deltarune Chapter One. I think the crown jewel of the soundtrack is “Big Shot”. A song so catchy, most people probably don’t listen for the full lyrics. But they should, because it’s not just about “being a big shot.” It’s also a serious statement about the character Spamton himself.
